Our maintenance contracts are becoming ever more popular. We are finding that clients are looking for a local and reliable service with cost certainty.

Our most simple contract is our minor works contract. This is used by clients who are in multi-occupancy buildings with central landlord services who just need help with the minor day to day elements and also by those who may have their own premises and need to supplement their in-house team with different skill sets.

Often we’re called in only when needed, but we also provide monthly service calls for elements such as testing of emergency lighting.

It’s simple to set up. We arrange to visit your premises, discuss your needs and ways of working, and then email our fee proposal to you which is built around your requirements. The labour rates are fixed for a twelve month term.
